Manager, Quality Management (China Level)

Job description: The main duty of the position is to drive continuously and systematically improve China Operations and China Area quality performance in production and supplier side with a sustainable way.

 Lead to develop and drive to implement Quality Management System which strives for achieving zero defect with support from each function of China Operations and China Area to continuously improve quality performance
 Initiate the quality development strategy, roadmap for China Operations and China Area including key quality stakeholder functions
 Conduct regular review key performance indicator of Quality of each site, drive key initiatives for continuous improvement to achieve target of China quality cost saving and meet customers’ expectation
 Supervise key quality defects analysis and quality system procedures effective execution, optimize and develop process which can serve to enhance goals of whole organization
 Lead audit activities and maintain quality system/certificates of ISO9001 and GMS
 Develop and improve the working processes of supplier management. Coordinate the implementation, tracking and continuous optimization in overall.
 Be responsible for coordination of supplier management in overall, including supplier identification, audit, qualification, performance evaluation, continuous improvement related quality management
 Communicate with PAP headquarter for Quality activities and improvement
 Any other task assigned by the supervisors.
Requirements:  Master or college degree with minimum 5+ years quality management in industrial experience (machinery industry is preferred)
 Deep and systematical understanding about TQM and Zero Defect
 Experience in quality assurance system audit including ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 etc.
 Strong drive to make things happen
 Open mind with continuous improvement thinking is critical
 Logical and problem solving thinking is required
 Project management leadership working with cross function
 Good written and oral communication skills in English and Chinese
