Be part of a team that is responsible for parts and consumables purchasing with specific focus in purchasing manufactured / engineered items. In this role you will prepare, issue, and follow up with inquiries and purchase orders. Additional you will strategically negotiate orders with suppliers while monitoring their performance on quality, costs, deliveries, and lead times. Having good knowledge of manufacturing and manufactured to drawing components, castings, fabrication and machining will help to be successful in this position.
The right candidate will have a technical-based Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with related experience in purchasing, ideally from manufacturer or industrial supplier environment.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Please note that any offer of employment is contingent upon a background check and drug screen.
