Job description: Resourcing Management

- Take care the defined position`s recruiting

- Communicate with business regarding open position`s resourcing and provide the professional consult.

- Monthly recruiting report



Training and People Development

- Implement Annual Training Plan in Shanghai Jiading.

- Support HR manager to implement Global and China Level Training program and China

- Support HR manager to establish internal trainer system and implementing to support people development.

- Monthly and annual training report.

Performance Management

- Implement Annual Review and interim review

- Support HR manager to build up high Performance culture including



Employee Relationship Management

- Keep close relationship with business managers and supervisor and give consultant for Employee relation case.

- Support HR manager to handle ER case

- Support for the OurVoice in Shanghai and make action plan and implementing



Planning & Report

-Support HR manager to make annual plan including but not limited to

Annual Training Plan

Annual Workforce plan & recruitment plan

Annual Review plan

Monthly HR report preparation



HR Team work

-Lead and Supervise HR assistant/generalist work and support them to delivery high quality, prompt service with smiling

-Work together with other team members for the OTD

-Support HR manger to implement Valmet Value in HR team



Others

-Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.

-Be familiar with Chinese labour law and China and local HR policy, rules and regulation.

-Have awareness of ISO 9001 & ISO14001 & OHSAS18001 quality system.

-Engage in support work regarding finance, staffing, information and administration management of hi-tech product or other related projects

-Complete other tasks assigned by superior;
Requirements: -Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or English is preferred.

-5 years working experience in HR area, Foreign - invested companies or manufacturing industry is preferred.

-Be familiar with Chinese labour law and China and local HR policy, rules and regulation.

-English language should be fluent both in the spoken and written form.

-Good computer skills especially in Microsoft office.

-Certification of Human Resource Management II
