We are searching for an office assistant/receptionist for the engineering office in Gliwice with over 100 employees.
As an office assistant/receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for the company and play an extremely important role in the representation of your organisation. This is currently a temporary position for a period of 1 -1,5 years.

Key Responsibilities:
•Greeting and welcoming visitors
•Answering, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls
•Receiving and distributing daily mail/deliveries
•Cooperation with office service providers
•Overseeing administrative policies within the office
•Managing the administration documents and correspondence
•Coordinating business meetings (conference rooms, catering, hotel and flight booking)
•Providing administrative support across the organization
•Paricipation in challenging office events
Requirements: •Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
•Solid written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
•Time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
•Polish as native language
•Very good command in English
•Driving licence
•High school degree; additional certification is a plus
•Proven work experience in a similar role is a plus
