Job description: The solutions of Valmet's Automation business line are designed to maximize the profitability of our customers' businesses by improving production performance and cost, energy and material efficiency. Our worldwide network of experts supports our extensive range of process automation solutions and services. We serve our customers in power generation, process industries, marine, oil & gas and pulp and paper industries

We are now looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our automation solutions delivery projects. As a project manager you will have a key role to work close to customers, develop relationships and to ensure that our products meet customer expectations. You will take full responsibility of delivering projects and your main tasks include preparation of project plans, managing contract, project profitability, project schedule management, internal and external reporting, risk management, as well as managing contractual disputes with customers and subcontractors.

You will be part of Project Managers Team serving European customers and your office will be located in Gliwice
Requirements: To be successful in this position you should have
- Master’s Degree in Automation / Electrical / Energy Engineering
- strong knowledge of processes and customers in energy, process or marine industry
- at least 5 years' working experience in management of complex projects
- excellent project management and negotiation skills
- good understanding of project economics
- customer service mind-set
- ability and willingness to travel

We expect you to have fluency in Polish (native) and English both written and spoken. German is an valuable advantage, other languages are a plus.
