1.In charge of Tissue improvement projects’ start up and customer training or supporting of start up and customer training for MIL CN PIP projects. Training MIL technology team to grow up for commissioning and starting up.
2.Work out proper start up plan as well as start-up risk & opportunity analysis with close relationship internally and externally for MIL CN PIP Tissue improvement projects.
3.Ensure a safe and efficient commissioning and start up work within budget
4.Make daily start up reports and final summary start up reports
5.Coordinate for the performance guarantee signature with customer for responsible area projects
6.Responsible for the responsible area’s budgeting and follow-up
7.Try to find other potential improvement business during start up work on site
a) All Positions

b) Supervisory and Managerial Positions：
-Arranges and/or delivers proper training or coaching for MIL technology team and future subordinates to ensure they have the necessary knowledge, skills and ability to do their jobs.
-Defines and/or explains clear work procedure and instructions for MIL technology team, future subordinates and also supervises subordinates closely to ensure their strict following.
-Sets and explains clear competency and performance standards to MIL technology team, future subordinates and evaluates subordinates based on actual performance and also provides constructive feedback when necessary (e.g. when certain task is rated as Improvement needed or Unsatisfactory.)
-Bachelor’s Degree in related disciplines
-At least 5 years’experience in tissue machine start-up and training
-Ability to travel extensively internationally and domestically on extended field assignments
-A good command of the English language; both written and oral communication.
-Good sense of responsibility and safety
