If yes, here an opportunity, we are looking for Mills Sales Manager for our service business line segment.
In this role, you will be responsible for Build up and maintain excellent CRM levels with assigned customers. Be a part of customers’ day to day operation and maintenance activities. Identify areas of co-operation with customer. Generate service leads and sales inquiries. Shut down and spare planning with mills. Make offering , tender documents. Negotiate and close the deals. Collect the payments. Make sustainable future growth plans on customer level. Work closely with our global and local PSMs. Continuously update Sales network about customer happenings. Monitoring competitors’ activities and report. Monthly and Weekly sales reporting. |
Requirements: |
To be successful in this position, you should have followings :
1st class B.Tech / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering / Pulp and Paper Technology / Chemical Engineering from premier university. Higher qualification in engineering or marketing management will be an added advantage. Worked for at least 10- 15 years in an international / reputed national company and sold technical products / solutions / services to Pulp and Paper or other continuous process industries Or Worked in Production / maintenance in a large integrated pulp and paper mills Essential Job Familiarities are : Sales, Services, Maintenance, Production Essential Job skills are: Negotiations, Strategic planning for growth and CRM |
