Job description: We are offering the position of an entrepreneur within the company. A combination of leadership, sales resource development and coordination across the Eastern Europe Region, cost and profit responsibility and keeping the balance with other departments companies and even countries within the Valmet group, while at the same time delivering the customer needs at plant level.
The task varies from team development, resource allocation and performance assessments to orchestration of Product Specialists, Engineers and Service Technicians in order to meet customer’s needs. And, of course, making sure to be a contributing part of the Valmet Sales organization.
If you are an enthusiastic leader, an experienced Sales Manager who feels “at home” in Eastern Europe, if customer orientation is part of your DNA and at the same time you care about margin and profit as well, then you are exactly the one we are looking for.
Requirements: Ideally your proven track record consists of:
- applied strong leadership skills
- proven track record in sales
- good decision making and change management skills
- stress management and working with many customer projects simultaneously
- financial understanding for decision making and sales and management purposes
- good communications skills in English, both in written and oral
- experience in the pulp and paper industry
- mobility in all respects
- excellent project management
- the strong wish to be responsible and take the lead
