Job description: Time for a developing sales and project management position focusing on service agreements? Do you want to work for a global company with many possibilities? Here is your opportunity to join a technology leading company!

We are now looking for Service Agreement Manager with responsibility for our service agreements in Scandinavia, especially on the Danish market. Preferably are you located in our Copenhaqen office, but other solution can also be discussed.

Valmet is working with deliveries of environmentally friendly heat and power boilers for technically demanding fuels as well as recovery boilers and evaporation plants to the Pulp & Paper industry.

As Service agreement manager, you have a key position working with our most important customers within the Heat & Power industry but also with in the Pulp & Paper industry. In our service agreements, we include services and products improving the plants of our customers. You are responsible for leading and coordinating Valmet internal resources for the different service agreements and work in close cooperation with our Sales managers (KAM) as well as product specialists.
In your new role, you provide support in the sales process and coordinates different activities within and between the different service agreements. You plan and are involved in the development of our customer’s plants, the revisions and audits as well as in the inspections on site. Furthermore, you estimate the cost and required time for maintenance and service activities.
Requirements: To enjoy and be successful as our new Service agreement manager we see that you have an engineering degree and have experience in the Heat & Power or process/Pulp & Paper industry, and as well as from maintenance and operations.
We see it as an advantage if you are certified in EFNMS and/or have knowledge about maintenance systems.
As a person, you are service minded, strong in networking and able work with a helicopter perspective. You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, both in English and Danish or Swedish.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to travel on a frequent basis.
