Job description: - Serve our customers providing planned maintenance, trouble-shooting and service, focus being in quality and control systems in pulp & paper industries. You’ll work independently to deliver service activities, as well as more demanding upgrades and extensions.
- Responsible for service project commissioning, startup, tuning, and optimization
- Responsible for Annual Service agreement implementation
- Onsite troubleshooting
- Deliver the customer trainings
- Create and update dissatisfaction database
- Support service and capital sales, for example forwarding sales leads of the customer sides, etc.
- To be the expert of the product
- Support operation team and participate in project when required
- Other tasks assigned by superior
Requirements: • Relevant educational background such as Bachelor degree in engineering
• Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience in the field of automation
• Ability to work under pressure in different customer situations and in different cultural environments
• Self-managed and ability to set your own daily and weekly priorities with the customer
• Passion for serving customers and for collaborating with your colleagues
• Passion for applying world-class technology to our customers’ benefit
• Have good solve problem capability, able to work independently
• Knowledge of our customers’ processes and/or automation technology are considered as an advantage
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to travel frequently
