Spare Parts Specialist, Global Spares Center (Temporary, 12 months)

Job description: Are you a service-minded person with a technical mindset? Do you have ability to prioritizing workflow and get the things completed?

Global Spares Center supports Valmet spare part sales and operations globally. As Spare Parts Specialist you support our global sales. You help to define the correct technical solutions by yourself or together with other experts. You will be a person who knows our spare parts products and our sales turn to your side if any questions related to products, pricing or delivery schedule. You handle the orders to our system and follow the orders are on time and keep customer informed. Your desk won’t be empty. There’s always coming new orders and technical challenges.
Requirements: To be successful in this position, you need to be customer oriented and service minded person with positive “can do” attitude. You need to be a team player and good in building up your own contact network. Willingness to learn new things and ability to take responsibility are essential in this role.

In addition, to succeed in this position, you should have:
- B.Sc or M.Sc. degree in Engineering or Business
- Work experience of service business or engineering
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Air Systems and equipment is an advantage
- Knowledge of ERP, Salesforce and PDM programs is an advantage
- Ability to read technical drawings is an advantage
