Job description: Are you the enthusiastic and self-driven HR Generalist we are looking for? Our Portuguese units are growing and we need strengthening the local HR function. If you are ready for the challenge of growth, we offer you the opportunity to join our global HR community. You would be the one providing local support to middle managers and employees together with an HR Team Leader and a Payroll Expert

You will be our team member if you like to work as first point-of-contact to middle managers and employees. This is no back-office job so you should enjoy serving customers. You will be advising and coaching the middle managers in diverse HR topics to support achievement of business goals and strategy. You actively contribute to the development of the culture and leadership of the business area. Business relies on your expertise in employee relationships as well as labor legislation and collective agreements related matters from hiring to exit. You will work closely and utilize the expertise of HR network to provide best possible support for the business. You will also follow that everything in our organization is working, e.g. by reporting sickness & absence days and recruitments. You will also help our managers through the HR system jungle.
Requirements: Will this be the right step for you? To be an excellent match with our team, you need to be passionate about people. We need a person who can see new ways to do things and make the changes happen. Hands-on attitude is needed and you need to be able to organize your own work. In our team, it is important that you are an honest and a reliable team player.

You should have master's or bachelor's degree from a relevant field of studies and have preferably at least two years of work experience within the Human Resources field. Because we work in a global company you should be a strong communicator (written and verbal) not only in Portuguese but also in English. It doesn’t hurt if you are a wizard with HR systems, Microsoft office tools or social media because they are important part of our life. You should also enjoy occasional travelling.
