Job description: Purpose of the position
Drive Maintenance and Shutdown Services business growth by concept development, establish local operational team, support MIL and other BUs to develop biz as well.

Responsible for Maintenance and Shutdown Services in China
Team building and competence development
Concept and way to operate localization in cooperation with global MMO TU
- Sales case screening, sales action plan preparation and implementation
- Maintenance and Shutdown Service marketing and inquiry collection
- Fit for purpose solution offering to match with local customer needs and Area development strategy
- Make feasibility studies and audits together with area sales, service operations and global MMO TU
- Preparation of audit reports with recommendations
- Preparation of management approval materials together with global MMO
Risk analysis and risk management of cases
Technical specification, quotation, contract preparation and negotiation
Take over project preparation and participation from customer to Valmet
Target setting and follow-up of operation after establishment or take over
Project hand over preparation from sales to operations
Coordinate to ensure the project implement smoothly
Follow up the implement project close and improve the WTO in coming sales projects.

Participation to establishment and take-over according to the defined responsibility

Requirements: Basic requirements of the position
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- A minimum of 10 years of working and management experience in maintenance management position at mill site or related industries
- Working experience in multinational corporation would be a plus

Competencies and skills of the position
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Other language skills are an advantage

- Demonstrated ability to use sound judgment to prioritize and make decisions
