Job description: Are you the new Manager we are looking for our Automation Service in Istanbul?

As Service Manager, you serve the assigned customer, ensure satisfaction of installed-base customer and take care of customer feedback, personally and with your Service Team.
Additionally, you are in a key position to identify potential for new service business, and you are responsible for sales support for service and capital project sales.
Also, you regularly communicate with the Area Management and cooperate efficiently with different key people internally and externally, reporting strategy implementation and business follow-up.
As Service Manager, finally, you have a key role in your people development: you regularly monitor your team members’ competences, give feedback and organize needed training and development actions together with HR
Requirements: To enjoy performing in your position, you need:

-Relevant educational background such as Bachelor degree in electric/automation engineering
-Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the field of automation and at least 3 years of people management/coordination
-Good knowledge of automation products and their applications (you do not need to have experience in Valmet specific applications, but knowledge of similar products is required)
-Understanding of measurement and control systems for industrial processes, especially paper making and energy production (waste to energy, biomass)
-Ability to work under pressure in different customer situations and in different cultural environments
-Flexibility and passion for a complex job including operations and people management, as well as relationship with Valmet Management
-Self-managed and ability to set your own daily and weekly business priorities
-Fluent English, written and spoken. Other languages are plus
-A valid driving license and willingness to travel even at short notice
-Management responsibility awareness
