Senior Manager, Sundsvall Supply Center

Job description: As head of the Supply Center of Sundsvall, you will lead and develop a team of 8 people in purchasing, logistics and delivery quality, in a global Supply & Category Management Organization. The work is cross-functional and essentially project-driven, where you and the group participates in both local and global project team, in the entire chain from sales to delivery projects and development projects.

Your responsibility is:
To lead, plan and allocate the team's work and progress towards goals and processes.
Contribute to the development, both locally and globally, for your area of responsibility.
To lead and participate in negotiations.
Be Supply & Category Management's local Ambassador in Sundsvall and cooperate with other functions in order to constantly improve our work.
Participate in local and global priority meetings.
Participate in the management team of Supply Management's & Catetgory Europe Organization, within the Pulp & Energy.
Requirements: To succeed in this role you have good leadership skills. You have the ability to engage, communicate, influence and prioritize in the long-term and day-to-day work. We prefer that you have many years of experience in a similar work in an international environment. You have good skills both orally and in writing in English. Most likely you have a college degree in engineering, economics or equivalent.
