Job description: 1.Support VP with business reports, presentations, and analysis of business figures
2.Organizing monthly management meetings and trainings within the group, including agenda development, logistics and conferencing arrangement, meeting minutes and action follow-ups
3.To organize team building activity, annual dinner, etc.
4.Arranging global high-level visitors visits, including VISA preparation, itinerary creation, F2F meeting & town hall meeting arrangements, hotel & flights booking, etc. ;
5.Daily administrative support, including calendar management, travel arrangement, conference logistics, expense reimbursement, driver management, etc.;

Requirements: 1.Bachelor Degree. Major in English or Management related fields is a plus
2.At least 3 years work experience in similar positions, preferably in foreign companies
3.Good command of written and spoken English
