1.To provide secretarial and administrative support in an efficient and accurate manner
1）Booking tickets and hotels as required and providing timely feedback
2）Ensuring the office supply
3）Managing cleaning staff to ensure the clean and decent office environment
4）Managing company drivers to ensure the timely pick up service for internal and external needs
2.To Support daily operation activities
1）Planning the agenda to follow up the traveling schedule and meeting appointments as required
2）Preparing the internal meeting and conferences
3) Assisting to manage administration work in office
4) Assisting to organize company and management team activities.
3.Prepare management reports and presentation materials
4.To carry out the follow-up records for important matters and actions to be taken
5.To collect information and compile as required
1）Understands and strictly follows Company’s Rules, Regulations, Policies, Instructions and Procedure to avoid unnecessary conflicts and to reach expected behavior and job performance.
2）Have awareness of ISO9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001 quality system.
1.Bachelor Degree. Major in English or Management related fields is a plus
2.At least 3 years work experience in similar positions, preferably in foreign companies
3.Good command of written and spoken English
4.Proficiency in PC software application
5.Good in interpersonal skills
6.Must be proactive
