Are you an experienced engineer with passion and commitment to plan and develop Shutdown and Site services? With a global team of engineers and experts, Valmet’s Energy and Environmental (ENE) Services offer a full range of customized support services to meet local and global challenges in energy field services.
We are now looking for a Product manager to support our growth and competitiveness in our Liquor to Liquor and Site services.
The key tasks and responsibilities for this role include:
•Global responsibility for Liquor to Liquor Site services of overall planning and execution of shutdowns
•Global responsibility to develop Valmet Smelt Extraction and Recovery boiler cleaning services
•Co-operation with Automation to further develop our solutions for Recovery boiler leakage detection
•Responsibility to have an overall view and develop ENE Site services in close co-operation with Areas and Regions as well as with other Service BU’s
•Responsibility to develop supplier network for Site services together with Areas and Regions
•Lead and develop best practices sharing across Regions and Areas for Liquor to Liquor and Site Services
•Co-ordinate integration of ENE Site Service operations to our new ERP system
•Supporting areas in Site Services operational issues
•Reference management coordination across functions within Energy and Environment
To be successful in this position you should:
•have M.Sc. or B.Sc. in Engineering or similar training via long experience
•have at least 5 years of relevant work experience
•have site work and project experience of recovery or power boiler plants or Environmental equipment
•have working experience in multi-cultural environment
•be fluent in written and spoken English and Portuguese, Finnish or Swedish. Other languages are considered as an advantage.
•have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
•be able to travel on regular basis
