We are looking for a Mill Sales Manager for our diversity teams in Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible to provide selling any possibilities products and services to drive sales volume, sales channel and development in Sumatera, Indonesia. In order to strengthen our Valmet Sales Team, we are looking for a passionate Mill Sales Manager who will required to Visit customers to sell Valmet products in Perawang & Jambi area, Indonesia

Execute sales operations and process in business expansion e.g. new plants, rebuilds, repairs, maintenance, replacement or other possibility.
Identify prospects and convert to customers.
Manage customer contacts and relation.
Sales budget, forecast, planning and action plan
Manage Profit & Loss of the projects sold as well as following up the agreed payment.
Lead the sales and project works in the project team within given budget.
Drive legal, business code of conducts and other business requirement compliance.
Work together with all business units / lines on customer influence and sales / profits volume throughout sales processes, including data management and filling
Requirements: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineering or paper making.
At least 5 years’ experience working with paper machine technologies and services
Good oral and written English and Bahasa Indonesia
Proficient in MS office, skills in Lotus, Baan and SAP are appreciated
Service minded and mature with good team playing and organizing skills
