Customer Service Specialist (temporary)

Job description: Do you want to be part of our amazing Customer Service team in Järvenpää? Our professional team is responsible for the Spare Parts Business. We are now looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team. Your task will include spare parts offering and selling services to your own customer area. You will also be responsible for monitoring the supply chain process. In this job you are able to work closely with various teams inside Valmet including sales, logistics and purchasing as well as with external customers.
Requirements: We expect that you have technical or commercial education. It will beneficial for you if you are already familiar with paper and/or pulp industries. You are the one we are looking for if you are willing to serve customers in the best possible way. You should also be independent and somewhat sales orientated as well as willing to learn new things every day. With your good communication and interpersonal skills you are able to build and keep up good relationships with both external and internal parties. Good command of spoken and written English and Finnish language is essential in this position. Other language skills (especially German, French or Swedish) are regarded as an advantage. It will also be an advantage for you if you are familiar with Baan, PDM-system or other similar systems.
