|Job description:||Participate in the planning of the tissue machine automation product. Lead system initialization and configuration by internal and external resources. Perform senior level engineering for Valmet DNA tissue machine projects. Prepare and preform I/O checkout. Provide training for customer operations and maintenance personnel. Finalize system documentation and prepare commissioning reports including value/ROI delivered. Organize and run internal testing and customer factory acceptance testing. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.|
|Requirements:||Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Pulp and Paper Engineering, or related field, followed by five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or five years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept Master’s degree in Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Pulp and Paper Engineering, or related field and 3 years of experience. Experience must include: 1) Process controls engineering; 2) Designing, developing, and implementing software applications and systems; 3) QA/Testing; 4) Network administration; 5) TCP/IP; 6) Hardware/software integration; 7) Forming professional relationships with customers. Any suitable combination of education, training, or experience is acceptable. Must be available to work on projects at various, unanticipated sites throughout the United States.|
