As Production Manager for the Roll Service Center you are responsible for developing and overseeing the annual budget for the production area. This includes developing workshop action plans and setting key performance indicators. You will work closely with others in Customer Service and Sales to coordinate scheduling, estimating and reporting of the work in process. You'll also address any manufacturing issues to ensure on-time deliveries and targeted profit levels. Monitor and control of manufacturing inventory levels through the ERP system is also a responsibility of this position. Implementation of 5S, TPM, SWI and PDCA's through best practice with Lean Enterprise.

For this position, we're looking for a Bachelors degree or equivalent from four-year College; or a HS Diploma plus four years related work experience and/or technical training; or an equivalent combination of education and training. Knowledge of the Lean Six Sigma process; certification in Green Belt or Black Belt and/or Lean principles applied to a manufacturing environment. Prior Engineering or Production Management experience required, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
