Job description: QUALITY MANAGER

Quality Management System

•Leads to establish, maintain and develop Quality Management System (QMS)
•Coordinates and facilitate QMS, including monitoring and review for continuous improvement.

Quality Assurance & Control

•Manages to set up quality assurance, control and development system and including procedures throuout the organization.
•Provides quality awareness and training to all employees.
•Verifies and approves quality warrantee or grant prior delivering to customers.
•Hands on to support, analyze and prevent quality issues, with updated management tools.
•Involves in supplier or vendor or contractor quality audit and sustainability compliance.
•Reports quality and QMS update and program to management at regulary.

Management System

•Lead to have effective management system in a whole organization on a) documented policy, procedure and instruction, b) data and record retention, c) auditing, d) legal & compliance, other management system support e.g. ISO 14000, Safety Management System.
Requirements: You are:

•Bachelor of Engineering or related fields.
•Working experiences for 10-15 years, in pulp & paper business is advantage.
•5 years up direct experience in quality control and management system.
•Good knowledge in analytical skill, good understanding of QC tools.
•Service minded and hands on.
•Computer literate and good at making presentation / communications / convincing.
•Good command of English in writing, reading, listening and speaking
•Thai native speaker.
•Positive thinking, good cooperation and can-do attitude, and good interpersonal relationship, self-driven and be a team player.
•Result oriented, project executor, holistic thinker and mind-setter, self motivator and innovative.
•Strong leadership appearance and skills.
•Able to travel overseas.
