Job description: While working on the technical sales, the candidate should be able to promote company product and provide satisfactory service to customer.

You need to have excellent managerial skill to cover all related Valmet product, including sales functions, material supply, labour hire, transport and accommodation, etc.

You also need to concern on data filing, ability to analyze as well to awareness of product quality insurance. On timely manner you should inform the Account Managers related with customer requirements on status and dispositions.

While working on strategic side, you should be able to implement the sales objectives and action plans. You also need to maintain and update the database management tools accordingly as well to ensure Valmet's quality standards and objective are achieved

Customer files are important, therefore you are expected to maintain and records accordingly and to actively seek regular updates on the organisations performance from customers' view.

As you need to gather and source the scope of work to be delivered by Valmet Sales, you also need to be hands on to record sales and equipment data for reference. You would need to be proactive to support Sales Managers in the field.

You would need to have excellent analytical thinking to undertake special assignment from Management, as well to assist to control expenditures against the budgetary requirements

You should responsible to maintain the records of all construction related field sales jobs on the Company’s computer system and the jobs manual register and would need to follow-up work in relation to administration including : finalisation of sales costing, invoicing and closing out job files in conjunction with the PT Valmet Automation Indonesia Sales Coordinator. Then you needs to prepare and circulate reports related to Field Sale personnel.
Requirements: Minimum of two (2) years experience in Control System ( DCS & QCS ) in a in various Process Industry ( having Pulp and Paper experience will give additional points ) comminution environment, and / or a Instrument and Electrical engineer qualification from University; or three to six years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

High level of computer literacy in MS Office – Word, Excel and Power point.

Basic understanding of accounting procedures including; profit and loss, budgets and gross margins.

Diploma or Degree in an Electrical and Instrument Engineering field.

Qualifications or training in Sales & Marketing field.

Previous usage of Lotus Notes or MRP based systems.
