|Job description:||The primary responsibility of the postdoctoral researcher is to engage in research in the broad research domain of “renewal of project business” under guidance of assistant professor (tenure track) Tuomas Ahola, and in collaboration with other members of the Center for Research on Operations, Projects, and Services (CROPS). It is also expected that research to be carried out by the postdoctoral researcher results in articles published in relevant academic journals. While the advertised position is primarily research-based, the postdoctoral researcher is also expected to participate in the development of new research initiatives and teaching provided by the laboratory as well as general activities of the laboratory.|
|Requirements:||The applicant should have a doctoral degree in industrial management or a related field. The applicant should be fluent in both written and verbal English.|

The salary will be based on both the demands of the advertised position and the employee's personal performance in accordance with the University Salary System. According to the criteria applied to teaching and research staff the position of a postdoctoral researcher is placed on demand levels 5-6. In addition, employees receive performance-based salary.
Typical monthly starting salary 3326,61€-4079,08€.
|Trial period:||Trial period of 4 months applies.|
|Other:||The position is filled for a fixed-term period of two years. The appointment is expected to begin in August 2018 at latest.|
