Job description For strengthening our current team in Athens, we hire as soon as possible an engaged and motivated

Administrator (full time)

Your main tasks contain:
• Maintaining base data
• Creating customer orders in the ERP system
• Creating purchase orders in the ERP system
• Booking vendor invoices to orders
• Invoicing
• Supporting other departments on administrative tasks
• Commercial handling of the orders
• Filing
What we expect from you The following skills are required of the applicant:
• completed commercial job education
• first working experience
• safe handling of MS Office-systems (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• ability and willingness to learn and work independently
• fluent language knowledge in Greek and English written and verbal
• very responsible
• open minded, friendly and communicative characteristic as well as engagement and reliability will be highly appreciated
