•Service review with each customer within two business days of service request completion via phone or Skype using yourKONECRANES.com.
•Activities assigned to this role include estimating, completion of operative quotes and customer follow up on quotations, especially for screen and select customers and unassigned customers.
•Reassign opportunities to other sales resources as appropriate.
•Develop competency and use processes and tools which are provided for this role.
•Refer opportunities for other products to other sales people by creating sales cases.
•Other duties assigned by line manager.
|What we expect from you||
Skills & Knowledge:
•Bachelor degree, major in electrical or mechanical engineering is preferred.
•Above 3 years’ experience in industry-related equipment sales, services sales or operations support.
•Have quotation/order management experience is preferred.
•Familiar with crane industry business is preferred.
•Good influencing skill to persuade and close the deals.
•Good communication and negotiation skills.
•Good English skill in both spoken and written.
•Goal oriented and sales driven.
•Positive attitude and self-confident.
•Can work under pressure.
