Job description •Process sales and invoices so that customer orders are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time;
•Draft sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts, maintenance agreements, payment notice, bid documents (business part) etc.;
•As the key person to maintain ILM and CRM system, collect market information and dispatch to sales team;
•Answer internal and customer enquiries on product availability, prices, delivery times, and the status of orders so that enquiries are dealt with promptly and accurately;
•Communicate with staff from other areas in the organisation, such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution, to confirm the status of orders and resolve customer complaints;
•Use databases or other computerised systems to maintain up-to-date customer records; to track the status of orders and deliveries; to maintain sales commission and expense records; and to generate sales reports and statistics;
•In charge of product booklet information update, print and market promotion in professional magazines;
•Exhibition preparation;
•Support manager in administrative tasks including appointments, schedules and travel arrangements, preparing documents and presentation materials etc.;
•Responsible for medium areas business support to sales manager or engineer;
•As the buddy of entry level colleague;
•Other tasks assigned by manager.
What we expect from you •Bachelor degree or above;
•At least 3 years working experiences in related position;
•Good communication skills;
•Passion and ability to build and maintain effective business relationship with internal and external customers;
•Especially proficiency of MS Office;
•Good English skills in both oral and written.
