Direct and develop the complete manufacturing operations of a production line.
-Increase team management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining subordinates;
-Analyze production, maintenance, and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions that will improve performance;
-Understand current and future product needs and develop plans, cost estimates, and schedules for integrating these needs into existing manufacturing activities;
-Communicate with planning & warehouse and purchasing to ensure the production line running smoothly;
-Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as assembly, welding, testing or packaging;
-Support and initiate measures for work safety management, quality management, environmental protection and process optimization;
-Responsible for factory reporting system, collecting and documenting manufacturing data in the database;
-Interface with other function departments to finish work;
-Develop the operations to maintain and increase productivities and overall effectiveness;
-Other tasks assigned by manager.
|What we expect from you||
Skills & Knowledge:
-Bachelor degree, major in mechanical engineering or similar;
-At least 4-6 years’ experience in similar position in mechanical company;
-Professional in assembling knowledge;
-Solid MS office skills (word, excel, PPT);
-Good command of English, both written and spoken;
-Good command of production planning;
-Good command of SAP system. (optional).
-Ability to work under pressure with good problem solving skill;
-Team and target oriented.
