You will be responsible for the business activities of Konecranes Lift trucks and Container Handling
activities from initial sales contact to final delivery of machines. Territory is Russia and CIS Countries. CIS in this case Kazakhstan, Kirgistan, Uzbekhistan, Tadjikistan, Georgia and Azerbadjan. Other territories might be added if needed case by case.
You will establish and maintain relationships with distributors, existing and potential as well as customers
and you use your market knowledge to secure long-term business opportunities within your assigned
territories. You will be responsible for Key Accounts and Distributor management throughout the territory
including preparing forecasts, managing sales and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the daily management and coaching of dealers both for Konecranes Brand as well as dealers and customers associated with Terberg Tractors. You will be active in implementing action plans together with Regional Management and Lift trucks units in Europe.
You will negotiate dealer/distributor agreements and manage price negotiations based on directives from management.
You will provide feedback to Quality & R&D and represent Konecranes in trade shows and conferences.

mindset, and be able to work across a multitude of cultures. You must possess strong communication and
interpersonal skills to internally manage both up and down as well as across the organization. You
should have a strong sales orientation with a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth.
Previous experience in the Lift truck or container handling business and Russian and English language skills is mandatory.
