Responsible for the HSE management of whole company, try to achieve the long term objective of Zero Harm.
•Promote occupational health and safety within the organization and develop safer and healthier ways of working;
•Develop occupational health and safety systems, including policies, procedures and manuals;
•Communicate frequently with management to report on the status of the occupational health and safety program;
•Conduct training sessions for management, supervisors and workers on health and safety practices and legislation;
•Make sure that the organization is aware of, and complies with, all legislation in relation to the use of its plant, equipment and substances, as well as in all workplace activities;
•Assist with the rehabilitation of workers after accidents or injuries and make sure they experience a satisfactory return to work;
•Help supervise the investigation of accidents and unsafe working conditions, study possible causes and recommend remedial action;
•Develop & maintain national incident / accident register;
•Develop & distribute national newsletter;
•Other duties assigned by line manager.
|What we expect from you||
Skills & Knowledge:
•Bachelor degree or above, Major in safety engineering or other relevant;
•About 3- 5 years working experience, in heavy equipment manufactory industry is preferred;
•EHS related certificates;
•Has experience of factory and site EHS management;
•Familiar with laws and standard of EHS;
•Familiar with EHS related risk analysis and control;
•Familiar with related local or international code or standard;
•Good command of English skills and office software.
•Strong self-starter attitude;
•Good communication and analysis skills;
•Positive, people and outcomes focused.
