We are looking for a HR Development & Wellbeing Manager to join the EMEA North HR team. In this exciting role, you plan, coordinate, and execute people and organization development activities in the area of employee health & wellbeing, engagement and performance. You will report to sub-region EMEA North HR Director.

Your key job responsibilities are:
• Developing, coordinating and operating existing health & wellbeing processes such as an occupational healthcare, early support model and health management system.
• Developing various areas of HR within the sub-region and overseeing the implementation of improvements.
• Coaching our managers and HR team members about employees wellbeing and work ability related matters.
• Actively engage with cooperation networks. You will work closely with occupational health care and other strategic stakeholders.
What we expect from you We are looking for a team member with strong communication and networking skills, and with the capability to establish contact with managers and employees. On a daily basis you work independently and get things done. You seek and share information. Taking accountability of your own responsibilities is important for you. You can also be described as someone who thinks creatively, generates new ideas and sees opportunities. You display flexibility and support a colleague in need and you have good stress tolerance and self-confidence. The working languages will be both English and Finnish. We hope you have a strong background as an HR expert and a Masters Degree supporting this position.

The location of this position is Hyvinkää and secondary place can be Espoo, Finland and some travelling abroad is required in this position.
