Job description Primary Objective
Manage the operations of Morris business line globally to achieve Morris strategic goal and obtain target of market share in dedicated segment and market place. Develop staff and resources, and make sure the company comply with all national laws and company policies and standards.

Key Activities
•Direct the policy and operations of the Morris organization at both country and further global level, increased profit or market share;
•Prepare or oversee the preparations of budgets, required reports and forecasts and present them recommend their adoption to the both global BU head and region head;
•Appraise the activities of the organization according to strategies and objectives and monitor and evaluate performance;
•Oversee the development and implementations of all the activities of the country or target market operations to development of assets and resources;
•Represent the organization in negotiations, at conventions, seminars and liaise with major suppliers, customers;
•Provide overall direction and management within the country or target market, including personnel, technological resources and assets;
•Ensure all the activities of the country and market comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standards;
•Other tasks assignee by manager.
What we expect from you Skills & Knowledge:
•At least 10 year working experience with solid GM responsibility in managing JV or wholly owned foreign manufacturing companies;
•Strong Leadership experience and very good communication skills to work in an international and multicultural environment;
•Solid background in engineering, manufacturing, or other industrial business(es);
•An analytical, goal oriented person with solid technical background;
•Very good common business sense (sales, finance, HR, leadership…);
•Excellent English speaking and written skills.
