Job description -Development, implementation & execution of strategy and annual plans;
-Organizing, collaborating and supervising jobs to fulfil unit and KC quality criteria and development goals;
-Direct and coordinate all Quality Control and Quality Assurance related activities;
-Lead, Participate and support company management handbook development: ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001;
-Provide direction to SQE team for supplier quality management activities (supplier selection, qualification, quality control ), and customer quality claims;
-Ensuring continuous improvement of quality system as well as product quality to meet customer requirements;
-Management and further development of quality management policies and practices: quality assurance of the products, processes, incoming inspection, final inspection & FAT, Supplier quality, QIP process, claim handling methods, quality management systems, etc.;
-Provide leadership role for quality assurance and control activities of production processes by implementing process flow, control plan and other regulations and process qualification initiative to improve process capability;
-Develop, implement and manage a system of KPI metrics and controls to measure and report the performance and effectiveness of quality management to all stakeholders;
-Drive effective problem solving and assure resolution of issues as well as successful completion of all related corrective and preventive actions to include utilization of KC QIP process;
-Work closely with cross functional teams to eliminate roadblocks & communication barriers that may affect quality requirements;
-Manage any FQI or other quality related exceptional cases together with other stakeholders;
-Develop and deliver any quality related trainings tailored to the organization’s needs;
-Other duties assigned by the management.
What we expect from you Skills & Knowledge:
-Bachelor Degree or above, major in engineering, quality or related discipline;
-6 years working experience with quality, technical and leadership background;
-Strong background and experience in quality management processes, supplier quality assurance, familiar with statistical quality control tools;
-ISO9001 auditor certified or trained, 6 sigma or Lean 6 Sigma qualifications will be a plus;
-Excellent co-operation skills, ability to perform in matrix organization;
-Fluent in oral and written English.
