We are looking to recruit a Sales Director for the Industrial Cranes business (40MEUR). The role reports to the Vice President Industrial Cranes (IC) EMEA. The Sales Director will lead and manage the sales organization in the said geographical area, with the aim to attract and maintain satisfied customers, leading to growth and improved profitability. You will be passionate about selling, sales management and have a track record of working with customers and sales people in the field. The role will have the support of marketing and sales support teams.

•Full P& L responsibility for Industrial Cranes business unit
•Direct line manager personnel responsibility of sales people (9)
•Develop existing and find new customers
•Ensure long-term relationships with key customers
•Oversee and manage sales of larger projects
•Accountability for forecasting orders, sales and unit costs
•Annual planning in conjunction with long-range planning (LRP)
•Manage, develop and mentor direct reports

What we expect from you
•Sharp, result-oriented, assertive and energetic mindset
•P & L responsibility
•Proven successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
•Experience of working in BENELUX countries beneficial
•Sales management, experience of structuring and motivating sales teams
•Experience and understanding of CRM systems
•Entrepreneurial, self-starter, self-directed, with a can do attitude combined with approachability and ability to be coached
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Higher academic education (or similar) in technical field of study
•Minimum five years of experience of sales management with direct reports
•Minimum five years of experience of selling technical products/project-type business with varying complex conditions of contract
•Clean driving licence
•UK work permit
