Position description: We are looking for a IT Service Manager to be accountable for collaboration services management, governance and development. The Service Manager is responsible for maintaining, coordinating and controlling the service in accordance with agreed plans and processes.

The position will be located either in Stockholm Sweden or Helsinki Finland.
Main responsibilities - Responsible to manage own service/-s
- Responsible to ensure system design documents are created on own service development activities
- Contribution to service area roadmapping
- Responsible to follow own service offshore service delivery
- Close co-operation with own service related offshore organization
- Contribution to service areas Operational governance
- On own services ensure successful project delivery with Ahlstrom-Munksjö and offshore team, in co-operation with IT Program management
- Keep up to date with industry trends in order to propose service improvements & development
- Ensure proper end user communication to ensure services are utilized efficiently by the business
- Responsible to follow-up SLA reporting related to own services
- Analyzing customers feedback and conduct required service and service delivery improvements on own services
- Co-operation with IT vendor management in case of agreement renewals and new offer processes
- Co-operation with IT business partners
- Ensure IT compliance on own services
- To manage the service according to the agreed model and with the right competence
- To lead the Service forum to ensure business demand is captured
- To oversee sign-off of changes to live services ensuring dependencies between service areas are identified, understood and addressed
- To ensure the service configuration and the integrations between services are documented and maintained in the CMDB
- To ensure agreed models IT processes and procedures are applied and developed in own service area. To ensure the agreed service model is followed and that service improvement plans are made
Qualifications: - 10-15 years of IT experience
- 5-10 years of experience on collaboration solutions
- 5 years of service management or alike experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Good understanding of cloud based service delivery (O365) and Digital Workplace concepts
- Good knowledge on solution architecture
- Long experience on project management
- Long experience on service management
- Good knowledge and practical experience on service delivery
- Good knowledge and experience on application solution
- Good knowledge on vendor co-operation and offshore delivery
