We are looking for a Technical Customer Service Engineer to take care of the technical customer service by being the technical interface with our current and future customers.
TCS Engineer will provide technical support within the Plant. TSC Engineer will also take part of the development of new products and upgrades of existing products in order to win new business opportunities and delight customers.
The position will be preferably based in France at the Ahlstrom-Munksjö Rottersac Plant.
The candidate we are looking forward is supposed to have following requriements:
- To understand customer’s production process and identify challenges in order to solve customer’s problems with Ahlstrom-Munksjö solutions.
- To be creative and agile in in uncovering customer needs and preparing timely solutions for the customer.
- To ensure successful introduction of Ahlstrom-Munksjö products in customer processes by attending, contributing and documenting the results of initial and scale-up customer trials.
Barchelor’s or Master’s degree in process technology, chemistry, or other relevant field.
At least 2 years of experience in an industrial environment and process technology.
Strong and rapid problem solving skills.
Customer Service orientated mind set.
Excellent organizational skills.
Ability to lead initiatives from start to finish.
Ability to travel extensively.
Fluency in spoken and written French and English is a must.
Passionate and proud of Ahlstrom-Munksjö products.
Eagerness to learn and grow.
Ability to relate and build positive relationships at all levels and in different cultures by collaborating, communicating, networking and influencing effectively.
